From the Founder

I’m Sel — a lifelong fitness enthusiast, proud mum to a beautiful daughter, and a dedicated Advertising Sales Manager. Balancing a demanding career with the joys and challenges of motherhood has shown me just how hard it can be to carve out time for yourself and your wellbeing.

Living with ankylosing spondylitis (a chronic inflammatory disease effecting the spine and joints) has given me a deep understanding of the realities of chronic pain and limited mobility. Pilates became my lifeline — helping me build strength, improve flexibility, and ease discomfort. This personal journey shapes the way I teach: with a focus on mindful movement, adaptability, and support for every body.

I’m a Level 3 qualified instructor in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, and I’ve seen first-hand how transformative it can be — especially for busy mums and those spending long hours at a desk. Pilates has improved my posture, reduced stress, built strength, and brought me both physical and mental balance.

My mission is simple: to help others discover how powerful even a short, consistent Pilates practice can be in building a strong, healthy, and sustainable lifestyle — no matter how hectic life gets.
