I’m Sel, a lifelong fitness enthusiast, proud mum to a beautiful daughter and a dedicated Advertising Sales Manager. With a demanding career and the joys and challenges of motherhood, i understand firsthand how hard it can be to find time for yourself — and your wellbeing.
Why I Teach Pilates
As someone living with ankylosing spondylitis, I understand the challenges of chronic pain and limited mobility. Pilates has been a powerful tool in managing my condition—helping me build strength, improve flexibility, and reduce discomfort. My personal journey inspires the way I teach, with a focus on mindful movement, support, and adaptability for every body.
That’s where my passion for Pilates comes in.
I’m a Level 3 qualified instructor in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, and I’ve personally experienced the incredible benefits it brings, especially for busy mums and those of us who spend long hours at a desk. Pilates has helped me build strength, improve posture, reduce stress, and find balance — physically and mentally.
My goal is to help others discover how powerful even a short, consistent Pilates practice can be in supporting a strong, healthy, and sustainable lifestyle — no matter how hectic life gets.
