Credential estate agent is a returning client, with a single office in Tooting, London. MPL was asked to create the outgoing office’s interior design more than a decade ago, with 10 years elapsing, it was time for a revised look.
The client requested the dated, corporate look to be replaced by a warmer, more approachable aesthetic. Although the corporate shade of blue was to be retained for brand consistency, the client was happy to drop the red accent colour. There was also a request to create a new and improve customer waiting area.
OUR APPROACH:
MPL had an advantageous head start at this Tooting branch, having already worked at the premises. We recalled our previous layout drawings and set to work on replanning the space to accommodate a new waiting area.
We were asked to schedule our works for the office’s close down between Christmas and New Year, giving us an unobstructed block of time to install all the new fixtures, fittings and items of furniture.
